Project Summary

Mustang Ridge is a 43-acre development property where Western Lands is acting as owner’s rep and development manager. This development is located within the town limits of Fairplay and has been zoned as a Planned Unit Development.

The goal is to build energy efficient housing while promoting Low Impact Development water and landscape management systems. This project includes the design and construction of trails and park spaces that will ultimately connect to the overall infrastructure of the Town of Fairplay.
