Heritage Ranch

Park County, Colorado

Project Summary

Heritage Ranch is a 2,000-acre Colorado cattle ranch is that is the planning and development stage for a luxury guest ranch and the host property for the Rocky Mountain Mustang Refuge.

This is a very complex project where Western Lands is acting as Owner’s Rep and managing multiple architectural, engineering, and land enhancement projects on the property. We are currently working on the power, water and road systems while also developing the plans for the cabins, lodge, and recreational opportunities. This project has required extensive coordination with many regulatory agencies such as Colorado Division of Water Resources, Parks and Wildlife, CDOT, Bureau of Land Management, and Park County.
